Commercial Department

The Commercial Department plays a considerable role in handling all commercial issues, an experienced manager heads the Department, who has a background in marketing, sales, and purchasing

This department is divided into two parts:

1- Marketing & sales

Which is responsible for marketing our different types of products for our business partners.

It has the following tasks:

  • It identifies market opportunities for new products.
  • It is responsible for the process of planning, implementing, controlling, promoting, and distributing ideas, goods, and services that satisfy our clients.
  • It is responsible for periodical training of our marketing and sales teams.
  • It is responsible for identifying our customers’ needs and diagnosing their problems and thus propose solutions for them.
  • It is responsible for many tasks which include prospecting, targeting, communicating, selling, servicing, and information gathering.

2- Purchasing

    Which is responsible for assigning an approved vendor and supplier list.

    It has the following tasks:

  • It is responsible for achieving the best possible prices for all raw materials, tools, and spare parts.
  • It is responsible for issuing inquiries and obtaining quotations, negotiating quotations, and placing orders.
  • It is responsible for following up orders till it’s in-house.
  • It is responsible for identifying market opportunities for new technologies and new raw materials that improve the quality of our finished products.
  • It is responsible for developing reliable and alternative sources of supply.
  • It is responsible for prospecting, targeting, communicating, and information gathering.
